All the machines utilise the patented electromagnetically pump with the hollow jet wave to ensure defect-free joint quality.

the modula wave® has been developed as the latest in a line of innovative solder solutions that offers the user not only the advantages of the hollow jet wave but also true modularity so that the exact configuration required by production needs can always be met. Alternatively with Nitrogen (N2) or ADL (Anti-Dross-Liquid).

There is a world-wide demand for ultra-high quality soldering that also encompasses the need to use more than one type of solder in a single machine. The modula wave has interchangeable solder modules which allows different solder materials to be used with the minimum of changeover delay – typically 40 minutes. In the near future it will also be possible to install several soldering modules in the same line. Without any change over time multiple alloys, for example leadfee and leaded can be used in the same system.
