Support / service means to us to be available to our customers and partners timely and to provide them with quick and efficient solutions. Process Support Process support is designed to provide specific expert guidance for difficult applications on a particular product or group of products.Every machine delivery includes thorough training in the machine’s use and optimising the soldering process. Service and spare parts Service and spare parts are an integral part of the customer care package at Kirsten Soldering AG. Access to service / support and spare parts is via the appointed distributor in the region where the machine was delivered. There are support packages available which act as insurance policies to keep machines in top working order or offer all-round support.
